Casa Solo – Casa Faustino

Como una explosión que se expande hacia la naturaleza de Matarraña, en España, la casa que el portugués Didier Faustino diseñó para el proyecto Casas Solo abre posibilidades arquitectónicas de infinitud. Ubicada en el borde del abismo, casi literalmente, la construcción de madera estará compuesta por diversos planos, que terminan en vistas de diferentes vistas del exterior: las montañas, el valle, el bosque. Por dentro, el plan de la casa es casi caótico, pero en el caos de la infinitud de posibilidades, subyace un orden específico, como el del Big Bang, a decir del arquitecto. La liviandad de la forma externa se refleja además en la disposición de pisos irregulares que rompen con la distribución tradicional del espacio, jugando con la infinitud de lo grande y lo pequeño, un poco al modo de Escher, y un poco al modo del romanticismo.

Kiến trúc sư hiếm khi thiếu sự sáng tạo nhưng họ thường thiếu sự tự do để có thể mặc sức khai thác khả năng sáng tạo của mình. Khách hàng luôn đặt ra những yêu cầu, không gian xây dựng luôn có những quy chuẩn… Điều đó khiến kiến trúc sư phải thỏa hiệp giữa ý tưởng sáng tạo và điều kiện thực tế.
Nếu những giới hạn đó được dỡ bỏ, các kiến trúc sư sẽ cho ra đời những tòa nhà độc đáo tới mức nào? Một dự án kiến trúc mang tên “Solo Houses” (Những ngôi nhà độc lập) do nghệ sĩ ý tưởng Christian Bourdias khởi xướng đã mời 10 nhóm kiến trúc sư tới thiết kế xây dựng tại khu tự trị Catalonia, Tây Ban Nha. Ở đây, họ được toàn quyền tự do thiết kế.
Những công trình kiến trúc dần mọc lên ở Catalonia không giống với những ngôi nhà bình thường, đó có thể coi là những tác phẩm nghệ thuật của kiến trúc. Những công trình ấn tượng này sau khi hoàn tất đang được đem rao bán.

Kiến trúc sư người Bồ Đào Nha Didier Faustino vốn nổi tiếng với những công trình kiến trúc phá vỡ quy chuẩn thiết kế, mang đầy tính thử nghiệm. Tòa nhà Casa Faustino là một ví dụ điển hình với thiết kế giống như một con tàu không gian vừa đáp xuống một khu rừng.

Những cửa kính lớn được thiết kế xung quanh tòa nhà đem lại cho người sử dụng tầm quan sát rộng ra không gian xanh ngát bao quanh. Ngoài ra, chủ nhân công trình cũng sẽ tiết kiệm được khá nhiều điện bởi với thiết kế như thế này, ánh sáng, nắng ấm sẽ giúp không gian sống tận dụng được nguồn năng lượng tự nhiên.

Kiến trúc sư Faustino cho biết sàn nhà bằng gỗ sẽ giúp khung tòa nhà không phải chịu sức nặng lớn, nâng cao độ bền công trình. Ngoài ra, tường và trần đều được thiết kế với tư duy hình học, “thách thức” các quan niệm thông thường về trên – dưới, trái – phải sẽ giúp người sử dụng luôn cảm thấy sáng tạo trong không gian sống đặc biệt này.

A house modelled on the form of an explosion by Portuguese artist and architect Didier Faustino looks set to become the next completed residence in the series of Spanish dream houses for French developer Christian Bourdais.

Casa Faustino is scheduled to be the next project to begin construction in Spain’s Matarraña region as part of the series of Solo Houses, an initiative to construct 12 architect-designed holiday homes that are free from any constraints besides budget.

Didier Faustino and his architecture studio Mésarchitectures have designed a residence made up of rectilinear volumes that project outward in different directions to create a variety of apertures, framing views of the surrounding landscape and sky.

Floors inside the structure will be arranged as staggered platforms, which the design team hopes will encourage residents to “experience space in new ways, from infinitely large to infinitely small”.

“Similarly to the centre of the ‘Big Bang’ the house appears to draw in as well as reflect the light at its core,” said the designers. “The floors cause the body to feel weightless due to a lack of traditional spatial references.”

A swimming pool will be located on the lowest level of the building and will extend out beyond the walls.

So far only one house has been completed in the Solo Houses series – the symmetrical concrete Casa Pezo by Chilean studio Pezo Von Ellrichshausen. A total of 12 are proposed and include designs by Sou Fujimoto, Johnston Marklee and Takei Nabeshima.

At the Centre of Infinity nestling in the telluric mountain scenery, this ultimate shelter lies before us like the promise of a new world. Protecting from the natural elements but inspired by the surrounding nature, this carapace capaciously opens out to frame the many perspectives of the landscape resulting in a better understanding of its diverse nature.

Similarly to the centre of the “Big Bang” the house appears to draw in as well as reflect the light at its core. The floors cause the body to feel weightless due to a lack of traditional spatial references (top and bottom, right and left).

As if from elsewhere, the house invites its occupants to experience space in new ways, from infinitely large to infinitely small.

Французский застройщик Christian Bourdais предложил 12 архитекторам создать загородные дома для серии Solo Houses в Испании и дал им полный карт-бланш в выборе концепции проекта в рамках установленного бюджета. Outra vez o projeto Solo Houses impressiona pelas residências apresentadas pelos arquitetos escolhidos de 2013. O empreendedor francês Christian Bourdais convocou 8 nomes para projetar 8 residências de férias em uma reserva de 50 hectares –a cerca de 2 horas de Barcelona-, onde cada participante ganhou o maior premio que um profissional da área pode pedir: carta branca.

Os resultantos são conseqüências dos gostos de Sou Fujimoto, Pezo Von Ellrichshausen, Didier Faustino, Johnston Marklee, Michael Meredith e Hilary Sample, Kersten Geers e David Van Severen. São 12 casas projetadas por talentosos e destacados arquitetos de sua geração, todas com formas que tirar o fôlego, minuciosamente pensadas para integrar a natureza e cada uma com algum elemento único de identificação. Impossível não desejar pelo menos uma delas.

Casa Faustino- Didier Faustino Criada pelo franco-português Didier Faustino, essa casa de 230 m² é uma estrutura geométrica formada por diversos cubos com uma grande abertura -janelas- para entrar a luz natural. Cada janela traz uma diferente moldura da paisagem, para jamais enjoar.

Born in 1968, Didier Faustino lives and works between Paris and Lisbon. Faustino’s work reciprocally summons up art from architecture and architecture from art, indistinctly using genres in a way that summarizes an ethical and political attitude about the conditions for constructing a place in the socio-cultural fabric of the city. Spaces, buildings and objects show themselves to be platforms for the intersection of the individual body and the collective body in their use.

Didier Fiúza Faustino nasce em França no mítico ano de 1968. Termina o curso em 1995 na Escola de Arquitectura de Paris-Villemin. Em 1996 surge como um dos fundadores do Laboratório de Arquitectura, Performance e Sabotagem (LAPS) e, no ano seguinte, do multidisciplinar atelier Fauteil Vert de Paris. De 1998 a 2001 integra a direcção da NúmeroMagazine em conjunto com Dinis Guarda. Em 2001, ganha o Prémio de Arte Pública Tabaqueira, pelo seu trabalho “Stair Way to Heaven – Espaço Público para Uso Individual” a implantar no futuro Jardim dos Aromas da Praça Central de Castelo Branco, zona actualmente em reconstrução no âmbito do Programa Polis. No mesmo ano, forma com Pascal Mazoyer o atelier Bureau des Mésarchitectures; desde então, divide a sua actividade profissional entre Lisboa e Paris. “O Bureau des Mésarchitectures define-se como um grupo de reflexão, uma organização multicéfala que reivindica o diálogo como ponto de partida
para toda a arquitectura. O Bureau interessa-se, prioritariamente, por situações complexas, tumultuosas, logo que os modelos existentes se revelem inoperantes. Entendemos colocar dispositivos de relações através de arquitecturas mais dirigidas à acção do que à contemplação.”

La pratique architecturale et artistique de Didier Faustino se définit avant tout par la pluralité des approches qui expérimentent les rapports complexes d’interaction liant le corps à l’espace. Projets d’habitats, vidéos, performances, installations, design, scénographies, écriture, conférences, constituent autant de moyens d’agir et de faire réagir au travers de productions qui éradiquent toute solution conformiste pour, au contraire, engager des réponses plus radicales et troublantes, favorisant chacune une « instabilité visuelle et physique » de l’usager dans sa perception de l’espace. Intégrant le « dysfonctionnement comme vecteur de production de l’espace », Faustino ne définit pas l’architecture par ses composantes géométriques mais sensibles : l’architecture naît de l’expérience risquée que l’on peut en faire et engage l’usager dans une authentique conscience « d’être dans l’architecture ». Interface active entre le corps et l’environnement dans lequel elle s’inscrit, l’architecture émane désormais de notions liées à la temporalité, au désir, à l’ambiguïté, à l’érotisme, à la découverte, à l’imprévu, à l‘aléatoire, au dégradable. Ses réalisations – ensemble mobilier Les liaisons dangereuses, équipement culturel La capitainerie à Lyon, pavillon de thé en Corée, Pavillon Seroussi, Unité Mobile d’Aménagement Fluvial pour les Docks de Lyon mais aussi Concrete Island dans le cadre du concours pour les Voies Navigables de France – expriment ce dialogue permanent qu’il établit entre art et architecture et montrent comment les espaces, les bâtiments et les objets sont des interfaces entre l’individuel et le collectif.

Diplômé de l’École d’architecture de Paris Villemin (1995), Didier Faustino (1968) a fondé à Paris le Laboratoire d’Architectures Performances et Sabotages (LAPS) en 1996, puis l’atelier pluridisciplinaire Le Fauteuil vert en 1997, la revue d’esthétique Numeromagazine à Lisbonne en 1998, et enfin le Bureau des Mesarchitectures avec Pascal Mazoyer à Paris en 2001. L’agence de Faustino est lauréate des nouveaux albums des jeunes architectes 2001-2002 ; il a également remporté le prix de l’art contemporain « Premio Tabaqueira » à Lisbonne en 2001 et participé depuis, en tant qu’artiste, architecte ou commissaire d’expositions, à de très nombreux événements en France et à l’étranger. En 2009, il participe à la création d’EVENTO (biennale d’art de Bordeaux) en qualité de commissaire général.

Didier Faustino, geboren 1968, lebt und arbeitet in Paris und Lissabon. Er studierte an der Ecole dArchitecture de Paris-Villemin und erhielt sein Diplom 1995. Seit 1996 betreibt er in wechselnden Partnerschaften sein eigenes Bro in Paris und Lissabon. Seine Arbeit erstreckt sich von Architektur (Realisierung des Wohnbaus Vertigo in Paris 1998) und experimentelle Architekturbeitrge bis hin zu Videos, Performances und der Herausgabe der Kunstzeitschrift Numeromagazine, Lissabon. Fr Portugal war er Teilnehmer an der Architekturbiennale in Venedig 2004.
