Carmelia Chiang is an architectural designer whose innovative work and academic contributions have received international recognition. She recently graduated from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) with distinction. She was born in Macao, China and has lived and worked in multiple cities in the world including Macao, Tokyo, Lisbon and Los Angeles. Her mutli-cultural background has played a huge role in her design and let her become flexible, adaptable and ambitious. Within the past five years, she has contributed to building and research in the field of architectural design and sustainable projects and received awards and recognition for visionary building designs, master plans, art installations, exhibition and fashion design.
