A photograph is a quest, a quest for the internal sunrise, a carousel of emotion, the true story – the answer. Some search a lifetime and some do find. Any other photograph may be a weak reflection, a copy or a reminder of the truth and cherished being, if and once found. Only by losing the predominant meaning one can gain a revelation – a deeper understanding of what subject of personal resistance. An understanding that all sunrises are of equal beauty, every emotion – sui generis, every experience – unique, every story – subjectively true. A photograph reveals more than one is looking for. By conceding your sunrise you reveal them all. Just by acknowledging that the sunrise cannot be taken with you, you allow it to live its own life, leaving the photograph where it was taken and moving on. That per say is the biggest challenge of a lifetime and is the most important step that has to be taken. One may travel millions of miles just to live the same sunset, to capture it again, yet this time in a different reality… and thus one becomes what thy searching for…
