Cheng-Tsung Feng nous a contacté pour nous présenter sa création Flow. Flow est une chaise en bambou où l’on peut s’asseoir et se détendre une après-midi entière. Elle est réalisée en collaboration avec ce jeune designer et un artisan spécialisé dans le bambou, Kao-Min Chen.

Légère et libre comme un nuage, elle offre une position relaxante grâce à sa forme sculpturale et au tissage du bambou. Sa conception fait d’elle une pièce d’artisanat d’art pouvant être produite à grande échelle.

Come and relax in the original bamboo reclined chair Flow. Its name summarizes the whimsical and easy going design. Together designer Cheng-Tsung Feng and craft artist Kao-Min Chen produced the cloud like construction which makes it oh so lightweight and airy. Each piece takes up to 30 days to complete, handmade by a Taiwanese bamboo craft master of 25 years. The designer explains, “I would like to present the way of flying cloud, blowing wind and running water by bamboo material. The abstract of my concept represents a powerful action of nature turns into a weaker power gradually. I created lifeful, uncontrollable, perceptual and dynamic furniture, with vivid and lifelike strength.”

FLOW是一张竹椅，是一个让你慵懒一下午的位置，它就像一片云那样轻盈、自由、无拘无束，载着你一起放空，一起优閒地飘流。我对竹最美好的印象是竹林被风吹抚时的弹性、柔软、无拘无束，以竹材去表现风、云、流水等自然现象的流动感，诞生一件充满生命力、感性、动感的家具，它是一股 栩栩如生的力量。５０％模组化元件构成结构（工业、製造），５０％编织（工艺、艺术），可量产複 製、有功能的艺术品。
