As a highlight, the festival “FILE ANIMA+” also presents a new exhibit proposal called “Cutting Edge Animation”, with 23 animations from 13 artists that are part of the collective Aboveground Animation, an itinerant showcase of animations, videos and musical performances, and of artists from all over the world
