French artist jeremy laffon creates complex structures out of a highly unusual material: sticks of chewing gum. the constructions are assembled from heaps of gum, piled and assembled in various ways. in an upcoming exhibit from september 21 to october 26, 2013 at interface, dijon, france, laffon presentes ‘colapse(s)’, a solo show featuring his chewing gum sculptures. the exhibition showcases a new structure: an elongated torus, with infinite, interconnected layers of stacked strips. the alternating yellow and green pieces formulate a stable configuration with rounded edges that endlessly integrate into themselves.

یک هنرمند فرانسوی به نام Jeremy Laffon یک ساختار پیچیده از مصالح غیر معمول ساخته است. مصالح به کار رفته در این ساختار تکه های آدامس می باشد. این تکه ها در سمت های گوناگونی به یکدیگر چسبیده شده اند تا این ساختار را به وجود آورند. در این ساختار از دو رنگ سبز و زرد استفاده شده است تا ساختار جذاب تر به نظر آید. آثار این هنرمند در یک نمایشگاه از تاریخ 21 سپتامبر تا 26 اکتبر 2013 به نمایش در خواهد آمد.
