My name is Rosaleen or Rosie,
I have just completed my Diploma of Photoimaging at the Photographic Imaging College in East Hawthorn, Melbourne and am about to embark on my Bachelor of Fine Arts (photography) at the Victorian College of the Arts.
For as long as I have been interested in photography I have taken Art Photography, Self-Portraits. This has been due to my lack of confidence in my skills and also in directing models, and a lack of time to organize models whilst studying and working full time.
I have always worked 100% alone, I do all my ideas/hair/makeup/lighting and costume/prop design. It is very tiring for me, and even though it is the most rewarding labor of love for me in the end, I really want to make the next step and work with a team on a project. It would be an amazing experience to get different opinions and share the load of a shoot with other dedicated professionals.

After having done 2 years of study and several hundred self portraits under my belt, I am now ready to further my experience with more variety of models and situations.
