The art itself is an intimate exploration of the internal spiritual space- emotions, passions, desires and experiences coming together, creating an organic self- expressive picture.
The technical process is quaint – I recombine various negatives on a very thin photo paper (out of production for more of 30 years now “ORWO”, “FORTE”- former socialist brands) which gets crumpled and lightened in the process of printing and manipulated with various mixtures of chemicals, the result of which are the tawny- brownish, ocher and tan hues on purely black and white paper without the use of any toners. Thus every piece that emerges is unique, no editions possible.
