Born in Lima, Peru in 1978 Vanessa Colareta lives and works in Madrid. In 2013 she was named Still Life Professional Photographer of the Year at the Sony World Photography Awards, London. Vanessa has participated in exhibitions and events related to the visual arts such as “ArtLima 2014” at The Army School of Lima (Peru), “Sony World Photography Awards 2013” as part of the Month of Art, at House of Culture in Bratislava, “Lima Photo 2013″ at the Image Centre in Lima (Peru),”Sony World Photography Awards 2013” at Somerset House in London and “Cafe Dossier” at La Tabacalera in Madrid, among others. Her artistic educations started with B.A. In Fine Arts in Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain and continued with M.A. Visual Arts and Multimedia, Photography in the same university.
Among Vanessa Colareta’s awards could be marked out the following: “Sony World Photography Awards” Still Life Photographer of the Year, London, UK, “Fine Arts and Photography Awards of the Honorable Provincial Council of Alicante” Alicante, Spain, all in 2013.

Nacida en Lima, Perú en 1978, Vanessa Colareta vive y trabaja en Madrid. En el 2013 fue nombrada fotógrafa profesional del año en la categoría naturaleza muerta en los Sony World Photography Awards, en Londres. Vanessa ha participado en exposiciones y eventos relacionados a las artes visuales como la feria “Art Lima 2014” en la Escuela del Ejército de Lima (Perú), “Sony World Photography Awards 2013” como parte del Mes del Arte en la Casa de la Cultura de Bratislava, la feria “Lima Photo 2013” en el Centro de la Imagen de Lima (Perú), “Sony World Photography Awards 2013” en el Somerset House en Londres y “Café Dossier” en la Tabacalera de Madrid, entre otros. Su educación artística comenzó en la facultad de BBAA de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia donde se licenció en Imagen, posteriormente continuó sus estudios realizando el master en Artes Visuales y Multimedia especializándose en fotografía en la misma universidad.

Entre los reconocimientos de Vanessa Colareta se pueden remarcar los siguientes: “Sony World Photography Awards” Fotógrafa Profesional del Año en la categoría Naturaleza Muerta, Londres, Reino Unido, “Certamen de Artes Plásticas y Fotografía de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Alicante” Alicante, España, todos ellos en el 2013.

ואנסה קולארטה נולדה ב-לימה, פרו ב-1978 ולמדה תואר ראשון ושני בצילום באוניברסיטה בוולנסיה, ספרד (Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain). בשנים האחרונות הקריירה שלה נסקה והיא זכתה בכמה פרסים.
