Родилась в Советском Союзе. С 1972 живет, работает и преподает в Израиле.
Магистр искусств, окончила МГАХИ им. В. И. Сурикова, Москва. Работает в различных сферах искусства: скульптуры, садово-паркововой скульптуры, ленд-арте и фотографии.
Имеет более 22 персональных выставок, участвовала в более 75 симпозиумах скульптуры по всему миру. Более 50 ее скульптур установлены в Израиле и за рубежом.
Ее «Спортсмены» завоевали 7 наград на международных конкурсах скульптуры.
Премингером Таня очень активна в области экологического искусства и лэнд-арта, стремясь соединить людей с природой, и улучшить отношения современной культуры с миром природы. Для этого она создала Green Group галерею, которая работает в области Арсуф Кедем, этой цели служат ее ежегодные большие коллекции экологических работ, которые выполнены из натуральных материалов.

Tanya Preminger is a stone sculptor born in the Soviet Union. From 1972 lives, works and teaches in Israel. MA in Art, Surikov Academy of Arts, Moscow. She works in various art media: stone sculpture, landscape art, installation and photography and displayed more than 22 solo exhibitions. A premiadíssima Tanya Preminger é israelense e atualmente reside na Rússia. Já os eventos em que Tanya participou foram englobam países como Japão, Letónia, EUA. Itália, Alemanha, Turquia, Índia e Brasil.
