Restless Glows – Switzerland

Restless Glows is an experimental video essay exploring how luminous technologies shape perception, embodiment, and desire. Filmed across East Asia and Europe, and interwoven with CGI, motion-capture studies, and AI-generated imagery, the work examines light as both a technology of care and an urban infrastructure, oscillating between utopia and control.

BIO

Alan Bogana is a Swiss artist based in Geneva, Switzerland.

His practice spans installations, sculptures, time-based media, holography, and virtual environments. Across these formats, he investigates light as both material and speculative agent, focusing on how technoscientific cultures shape perception, knowledge, and imaginaries of nature.
