These Ieva Uzkurataite womenswear designs take inspiration from our natural world. From leaves and trees to bodies of water, these scarecrow resembling styles aim to push the boundaries of traditional fashion.
Straying far from convention, the innovative designer’s pieces employ a great amount of intricate details and are impeccably constructed. The brand’s in-studio lookbook stars Image Group model Meda, who is captured by the lens of photographer Ausra Osipaviciute. Meda wears voluminous silhouettes, leaf-mimicking leathers and fish fin-resembling frocks. Beauty artist Greta Babarskaite gives the model a subtle makeup look that is effortlessly elegant.
These Ieva Uzkurataite creations showcase the fearless designer’s signature style. Inspired by past generations’ obsessions with birds, she creates modern period pieces that reference the past while paving the way for the fashion future.
