RADISH is a performance based video installation about expatriation, identity, alienation and otherness. Focusing on the effects of cultural and psychological displacement, the work employs the odd character of an anthropomorphic radish as a metaphorical vehicle to explore the fractured identity of an imaginary expatriate. Radish is a creature without name, gender or citizenship, a meaningless blob.
