Work: “The Work still with moving” is a site-specific installation. It is made out of iron rods and hanged by thin wires. As it is a site specific work the notion of time, space and change of light and shade enters. I have installed it above the human eye level, as a result when viewer go to see it from the ground towards sky it will look like the juxtaposing of two things at a time. It allows people to enjoy different kind of image in a same place. At the time the clouds move above through the text it looks like a video is constantly playing behind the still image. As the title it is a code of the sky to use in verbal language. But it has its own form, which is different from sky. The meaning of both things is same but the form differs. On the other hand one is still and another is changing according to the light and shade and according to the cycle of the seasons.
The script is ” AAKAASHA” in Odia Language. It means ‘Sky’. Odia is the regional language of the state Odisha in India.
