Selfportrait+Computational Object 1 – Italy
Self Portrait+Computational Object 1 (2025) is a video exploring identity within computational systems. A photogrammetric scan transforms the artist’s body into a fragmented 3D dataset, later reprocessed by generative AI. As abstraction shifts toward recognition, the work reveals how machine vision reconstructs the self as a mutable, algorithmic object rather than a fixed image.
