Zero One consists of multiple interconnected generative systems, each with its own characteristics, but collectively inheriting the central concept of an evolving elementary cellular automaton. All visual elements are programmed and generated using Processing. A few minor edits are made during composition

BIO

Raven Kwok (aka Guo, Ruiwen) is a visual artist and creative technologist. His artistic and research interest mainly focus on exploring generative visual aesthetics brought by computer algorithms and software processes.
Mike Gao is a music producer and technologist from Los Angeles. His style is futuristic and innovative, always trying to push the conventions of Hip Hop, the beat scene, and bass music in the pursuit of his next aesthetic, while ironically playing with idioms and conventions.
